Use our website. You can add items to your shopping cart simply by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to the title.
If you have our paper catalog, try our Quick Order feature at the top right-hand corner of the page. Simply enter in the first item number from the catalog, hit return, and you've started your order. You can continue adding items straight into your shopping cart.
After placing an online order, you will receive an email confirming the order you have placed.

We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations via Free Spirit’s website. Please do not mail or fax a duplicate copy. For faster processing:
- All electronic purchase orders must include: PO number, date, and accounts payable contact name and phone number.
- During checkout under Payment Method, choose Purchase Order.
- Enter the purchase order number (required) and choose “Browse…” to upload the purchase order. A PO must be uploaded in order to complete your transaction.
- By uploading your purchase order you agree to Free Spirit's terms & conditions.

We also accept purchase orders from schools and organizations via mail or fax. For faster processing:
- Mail OR fax (please do not do both) your official signed, numbered, and dated purchase order, along with the completed order form.
- Be sure to identify an accounts payable contact name and phone number. We cannot process your order without this information.
- Please include the source code and customer number found on the back cover of your catalog.

Need your order faster? RUSH orders placed on our website, phoned in, or faxed in by 2:00 P.M. CST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders to Puerto Rico and Guam must be shipped UPS Air; rush delivery charges apply.

If anything you receive from us doesn't meet with your full approval, we will make it up to you by exchange, credit, or a refund.
Report nonreceipt of orders, shorts, billing errors, or damages to us at once. Call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-735-7323. Save damaged cartons until any claim is settled.
Find easy return instructions on the back of your packing slip. Refunds are less original shipping and handling charges.

For customers ordering outside the United States, orders cannot be placed through our website. Please visit www.amazon.com or contact us for a list of international distributors. Orders through Free Spirit may be placed by phone or email and shipped for exact freight charges from Minneapolis, MN. Customs charges will apply.

Free Spirit Gift Certificates are sent First Class with a copy of our paper catalog and your personal message. They are available in $10.00 increments and can be ordered online.
Orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations. All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds or by credit card.
