PURCHASE ORDERS
We now accept purchase orders from schools and organizations via Free Spirit’s website. Please do not mail or fax a duplicate copy. For faster processing:

1. All electronic purchase orders must include: PO number, date, and accounts payable contact name and phone number.
2. During checkout under Payment Method, choose Purchase Order.
3. Enter the purchase order number (required) and choose “Browse…” to upload the purchase order. A PO must be uploaded in order to complete your transaction.
4. By uploading your purchase order you agree to Free Spirit's terms & conditions.

3. Please include the source code and customer number found on the back cover of your catalog.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Most shipments to the continental U.S. arrive in 3-5 business days. Note, we cannot ship to a PO Box.
 
Need your order faster? RUSH orders placed on our website, phoned in, or faxed in by 2:00 P.M. CST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders to Puerto Rico and Guam must be shipped UPS Air; rush delivery charges apply. International orders: Add $50.00 to regular delivery charges. If the amount needed to ship your order exceeds the charges shown here, we will contact you ahead of time for authorization.

RETURNS
