There are a variety of ways to place your order on our new Web site.
With our new online catalog, it's easier than ever to search by category, author, title, subject, and key words—even item numbers—you'll be able to find what you need in no time. You can add items to your shopping cart simply by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to the title.

If you have our paper catalog, try our Quick Order feature at the top right-hand corner of the page. Simply enter in the first item number from the catalog, hit return, and you've started your order. You can continue adding items straight into your shopping cart.
Free Spirit's site is encrypted and secure. Our server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layers), the most sophisticated online ordering security available. All of the personal information you enter at this site—including your name, address, and credit card number—will be encrypted with SSL. You can safely order online any time, any day of the week.

If you'd prefer to order by mail or fax and you don't want to receive our paper catalog, please use our downloadable order form. You'll need the Adobe®Acrobat®Reader® installed on your computer to view and print the form. (Reader is available for free from Adobe Systems Incorporated.) Once you've printed a copy, fill out the form and mail or fax it to us along with payment information.

Orders to Puerto Rico and Guam must be shipped UPS Air; rush delivery charges apply. International orders: Add $50.00 to regular delivery charges. If anything you receive from us doesn't meet with your full approval, we will make it up to you by exchange, credit, or a refund.
Report nonreceipt of orders, shorts, billing errors, or damages to us at once. Call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-735-7323. Save damaged cartons until any claim is settled.
Find easy return instructions on the back of your packing slip. Refunds are less original shipping and handling charges.

If you are receiving duplicate catalogs, or if your address or name needs correcting, call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-735-7323 or send us an email. Or mail all of the address labels and indicate your changes. We will correct our mailing list immediately.
Free Spirit Gift Certificates are sent First Class with a copy of our paper catalog and your personal message. They are available in $10.00 increments and can be ordered online.

Orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations; see below. All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds or by credit card.

1. Mail OR fax (please do not do both) your official signed, numbered, and dated purchase order, along with the completed order form. We cannot accept purchase orders over the phone or the Web.
2. Be sure to identify an accounts payable contact name and phone number. We cannot process your order without this information.
