Orders are shipped via UPS or U.S.P.S. unless customers specify otherwise. All shipments are made FOB Minneapolis, MN.

Materials returned in resalable condition will be credited to your account at the earned discount. Please reference quantities and titles to be returned, invoice numbers, account number, and your reason for returning on your return invoice. Stickered books or books packed in Styrofoam peanuts are not acceptable and will not receive credit. Posters and the In a Jar® line are sold nonreturnable.
