Every order is shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail unless otherwise specified. All shipments are made FOB Minneapolis, MN.

Oops! If we've made a mistake processing your order, or if you haven't received your order, or if your order is received damaged, claims must be made within 30 days.
Materials returned in resalable condition—meaning they look like new—will be credited to your account at the earned discount. Customers with credit balances may apply credit to future purchases. Reference quantities and titles to be returned, invoice numbers, account number, and your reason for returning on your return invoice. Stickered books or books packed in Styrofoam peanuts are not acceptable and will not receive credit. Posters are sold nonreturnable.
